On Friday November 18th 2022 our team blessed the community of Downtown Orlando for a Pre-Thanksgiving Dinner.  Our team of Servant Leaders (volunteers) fed over 150 people in Downtown Orlando, Florida. Thanks to our volunteers for travelling from near and far and to the other local volunteers who made this day a success. We had a total of 4 volunteers,.

 

We are thankful we were able to start a new relationship with a meal sharing program; Straight Street Inc. (a Non Profit 501c(3) organization who" exist to bring hope to hopeless, faith to the faithless, and to encourage life change from the inside out".

 

Special thanks to the organizations that donated to help us feed the homeless such as,  the DAV Chapter 30, CCDH Urban and of course those who individually contributed, we sincerely thank you.
 

For this event we were able to raise over $200.00 in donations. Monies were spent on purchasing rice, chicken, yams, mixed vegetables, seasonings and other important items to make this a well cooked meal.

We want to keep everyone up to date with our upcoming outreach programs and what you can do make it a success.

 

We will be working on our Social Media platforms in the near future and will be focused on other underserved communities in the Seminole County Region of Florida.
